			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this week&#8217;s OTI Think Tank, <a href="http://www.overthinkingit.com/2009/10/23/benchmark-movies/3/">I present &#8220;National Treasure&#8221; as my &#8220;reference movie,&#8221;</a> a concept which we define in a couple of ways:</p>
